This Christmas Eve, Saturday December 24th at 8:00 pm, the Community Baptist Church Choir will be presenting The Night Before Christmas, A Musical Celebration of the Christmas Story.
The church is always packed for our annual Christmas musical and there will be special music beginning 30 minutes before the program starts, so come earlier than that to make sure you get a seat.
We will be having our regular Sunday morning service Christmas at 10 am, but there will be no evening service.
Instead of the regular evening service, our Annual Christmas Potluck Dinner will be held next Sunday evening starting at 5:30 pm.
There will be games, singing and a gift exchange. The children will also be decorating the tree in the Fellowship Hall.
The Providence Teen Challenge Women’s Choir will be sharing songs and testimony with us during the morning service this Sunday, November 27th. The service starts at 10am.
Come learn first hand how God has done a mighty work in their lives.
The Olympians Club and regular Wednesday night Bible study will not be held this week as we have a special Thanksgiving Eve service at 7 pm.
We’ll be singing songs, sharing Bible verses and testimonials. Come prepared to share what you are thankful for!
In honor of Veterans Day Friday, we will be holding a patriotic service this Sunday. Join us as we celebrate our freedom and those who have made it possible.
Larry Jones will be at our Wednesday evening Bible study (11/07/11) to give us an update on the work being done at The Seed Company, accelerated Bible translators.
On Sunday, November 20th, we will be taking up a special offering to help the Mission provide a Thanksgiving meal to the homeless.
